This question is a hard one
It all depends on what you wish to do with your cosplay
If it’s your first time then instead of jumping in the deep end try to do something more simple and over time work on the hard ones.
Also try and get your material from a market as you can try and talk them down on price, as the material will be the most expensive item in your cosplay apart from a wig.
Ebay will also be your best friend when saving money for your cosplay, and you will find Cosplay costumes you can buy again saving some money and time, but you then lose out on making your own.
As for how much it will all cost I couldn’t really say but for one Inuyasha cosplay I made on my first outing it was near £70 in parts including the wig.
